- You can book online, through MindBody App or drop in.
- If you drop in for class, we accept credit cards or cash.
- Some class times can fill up quickly. If you sign up online, we will hold your spot until 5 minutes before class begins if there is a waiting list.
STYLES OF YOGA TAUGHT AT 575 YOGA STUDIO
It is the most basics styles of yoga. Slow moving class where you hold each pose for more then 2 breaths.
The meaning of word 'hatha' in Sanskrit is 'physical practice' and refers to any yoga that teaches physical postures.
Vinyasa / Heated Vinyasa
Is the dynamic practice that links movement with breath in dance-like flow. In most Vinyasa classes in our studio, you won't hold poses for longer then a breath, and the pace of the class can be quick. Teachers may use music to match the beats to the flow.
The mellow, slow-moving practice with longer holds gives your body a chance to slow down and relax. You’ll also use a variety of props including blankets, bolsters and yoga blocks to fully support your body in each pose.
Prenatal class is designed to help keep expecting moms active throughout their pregnancy. This class is safe for all stages of pregnancy and is based on the Blooma sequence.
